whitelia: I can’t imagine the state of mind I was in then. I’m so much better now. It’s only been a year & I’ve changed. It’s a whole wave of emotions that comes & goes, the high & lows are unpredictable. It really takes time, getting stronger. & I try to smile a little more each day.
